Strawberry Rosé Daiquiri

Ingredients (serves 3)

250g frozen strawberries

1.5 cups Foggo Rosé Moscato

30ml lime juice

1 cup ice

Coat the rim of a glass with sugar. Blend the ingredients together until a slushy-like consistency is achieved. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

 

Rum Royale

Ingredients

60ml Little Sweety

30ml aged rum

60ml pineapple juice

15ml simple syrup (2:1)

30ml lemon juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain and serve garnished with a slice of pineapple

 

 

Lychee Sangria

Ingredients

80ml Euphoria Chardonnay

20ml lime juice

20ml lychee syrup

3 halved grapes

Ice

Muddle lime juice and grapes together in a wine glass. Add lychee syrup, Euphoria Chardonnay and ice. Stir and garnish with lychee and grape.

 

Devil's Martini 

Ingredients

45ml Euphoria Chardonnay

15ml lime juice

15 ml simple syrup

15ml vodka

Dry ice

Mix ingredients together in a mixer and shake with ice. Strain into a wine glass and decorate with bloody syrup streaks. Drop in dry ice and serve. 

Bloody syrup

Mix simple syrup and red food colouring to achieve desired colour

 

Witch’s Cauldron

Ingredients

½ glass Foggo Cabernet Sauvignon

½ glass Coke

Dry ice

Mix ingredients together in a glass and drop in dry ice and serve
